Dear Staff and Family:

            Please accept this letter as a small token of our appreciation fro the things you do for Susan day in and day out!  We have had the privilege of seeing you in your interaction with our child – you are a blessing to our entire family.  We have given you one of our very special and cherished children – you love her and care for her as if she were your own!!

            We started this journey in a very tough place, you have been there not only for Susan – you have been there for us too!  You have always been available for our question or advice when necessary.  You were open to our thoughts and our recommendations as well.

            I feel confident when this part of our journey comes to a close you will have been a huge blessing and hold a continued special place in our heart!  Thank you for all that you do.
